It uses AI to analyze conversations in real-time and dynamically show the exact data and actions needed to resolve issues, all within your help desk. No more switching tools: support agents can close tickets faster than ever.
We believe AI is the future of operations, and we’re leading the charge. In 2025, we’re rolling out pilots with key customers to integrate Agent AI into our platform. Our goal? Automate entire customer operations workflows while keeping humans in control, allowing you to step in and review or validate critical steps. This isn’t science fiction, it’s happening now.
